Mastercam & VERICUT CNC Programming
CNC machining projects were programmed in Mastercam and verified in VERICUT to ensure safe, collision-free toolpaths before manufacturing. Work included both CAM-generated and manually created toolpaths, with emphasis on:
Accurate work offsets and setup precision
Manufacturable, efficient machining strategies
Verification of toolpaths and fixturing in VERICUT
Final components were machined in aluminum, demonstrating the full workflow from programming and simulation to finished physical parts.
