Mastercam & VERICUT CNC Programming

CNC machining projects were programmed in Mastercam and verified in VERICUT to ensure safe, collision-free toolpaths before manufacturing. Work included both CAM-generated and manually created toolpaths, with emphasis on:

  • Accurate work offsets and setup precision

  • Manufacturable, efficient machining strategies

  • Verification of toolpaths and fixturing in VERICUT

Final components were machined in aluminum, demonstrating the full workflow from programming and simulation to finished physical parts.

Programs were first validated through CNC controller simulation and toolpath verification prior to being transferred to a Haas VF-2SS vertical machining center for final machining. The workflow emphasized safe operation, setup accuracy, and the transition from digital programming to physical manufacturing
